You thought you were the hacker. You were wrong.

2031. A corporation called SETA owns the sky, the streets, and the servers underneath them — 47 cities, 312 towers, 2.1 million registered citizens, sorted into three floors and never told why. Everyone calls you Rusty. You wrote code for SETA for years and never asked what it was for.

Then Lara disappeared.

Now you're inside the system you used to maintain, going floor by floor, terminal by terminal, looking for the truth SETA buried under paperwork and surveillance footage. Some of what you find you won't be able to unsee.

BREHACK is a first-person psychological horror game rendered in PSX-era grit — scanlines, VHS tracking errors, a world that looks like it was recorded on a dying camcorder. Every floor has its own color and its own kind of wrong.

What you're walking into

  • A world built in three floors. Blue for the ones who never have to see the cost. Yellow for the ones who pay it. Red for the ones SETA pretends don't exist.
  • Terminal hacking that feels like trespassing. You're not pressing "hack" — you're reading files you were never cleared to read.
  • A mind that doesn't stay put. Gravity, memory, and reality all take turns failing you.
  • Retro horror, done properly. PSX-style rendering, CRT scanlines, VHS overlays, and a palette that changes with your sanity.
  • Choices with weight. What you do at the end of this stays yours. SETA doesn't get a vote.

"Welcome to SETA. You never had a choice."
